1. Conduct an initial consultation
2. Schedule test drives, if necessary                                                 
3. Locate the exact car you want, saving up to 10 hours of shopping time
4. Use our knowledge and leverage to negotiate an extremely competitive price
5. Negotiate every area of the sale where dealer can make profit (rates, bank fees, alarms, warranties , etc. )
6. Provide a trade-in analysis and advice if you have a vehicle to trade
7. Negotiate a higher trade-in value through alternate buyers (*additional fee applies )
8. Once you select the car you want and approve the final price, we will connect you with the dealer for completion of sale
9. Oversee the contract details before you sign
10. Set up delivery whenever possible
11. Make sure the car is ready (detailed, washed, etc.)
12. Stay on-call throughout the signing process to answer any questions
13. Always remain available after sale if any questions or concerns arise
